Someone please help me. I cant walk hardly at all. When I move I flash(not walk) into every standing object. Very rarely can I walk around without bumping into things. If someone knows how to fix it I would be so happy

Please Im me or reply to this forum. I really cant hardly move and am thinking of quitting cos its impossible to walk straight or maneuver through doors and such. Please reply asap!!!!

On a technical standpoint... You may want to look at the info displays (Under "View"

or the lag meter (Under "Help"

to see what your frame rate and connection quality is like. There is the chance that your computer or network connection is not up to the required specs for running in this environment. Also... Be careful if you're running on a wireless connection... SL don't like that. (>_<

Then, the things you need to check for are; the version viewer you're using.... For the lightest load, you may want to consider 1.19.0, or the OnRez viewer. Also, see what graphics settings you can roll back. Eventually, you might find the "Just right" lag-free way to spend time in SL. (^_^)y

It's possible that you're stuck in Run mode. Press CTRL-R to turn it off, or check the menus for an option that says Always Run.

I can walk some but if i tap it too hard it goes into the wall.
