I was inworld at Zen's Creations and unable to move (caught in lag). I was logged out and received an error message about the area I was in crashing. I have been unable to login to my account since. I did clear the cache and attempted to log into a different area. This problem seems to only affect my account. My friends are able to access their accounts on my computer as well as their own accounts on their computers but noone can log into my account. I have paid over $100 USD to play this game and because I'm not a premium member I can not contact anyone for support on this issue. I have filled out the support ticket but the last support ticket I filled out took 2 weeks for a reply. I am frustrated due to the fact I rent an apartment and can not access it with any other account. Has anyone else had this issue? Are there any immediate solutions to this issue?
