web filtering.

i am part of Glasgow Caledonian's SL development team and currently, the university is putting a programe (authenticat) onto the network. this however is creating a problem for us SL developers as the new search beta function is being blocked and anythign we search for, be it flowers or golf or somthign else totaly non mature. as my account is one of basic value i cannot creeate a ticket of any value that will be taken serious and that annoys me. however whould like to contact somone over fixing this problem.
