Are you using one of the xstreet terminals listed in your library folder? I only use those since I was warned about the possibility of counterfeit terminals inworld. I just made a deposit there and it went through with no problem.
If you were scammed by a counterfeit terminal, i'm sorry, but i'm not sure how you can get your money back.
