Hi,

First of all I am a bit of a computer bimbo so...I hope I am explaining my problem right haha
When I start up sl a Black window with white letters is running with it at the same time if I close that window sl stops right away. Not asking you want to quit or whatever.

Since this window is showing I have to reinstall sl every time I have played it. It sais it is still running in an other file or something even after restarting my computer. (I did close sl the right way and not with the window)

In the window there is a lot of (to me anyway) abracadabra with codes and all.
The fact that I am downloading and deleting sl all the time is starting to irritate me just a bit haha.

Hope a non computer bimbo can help me out here :)

Ciao pientje

oh I forgot to say...the computer that has this problem is running on vista

That sounds like a console/command line window. What do the white letters say? It may be abracadabra to you, but we are mighty wizards and may be wise enough to decipher the runes, though our brains melt from their unholy import.

the header sais c:\program files\secondlife.exe

and all the lines start with

INFO

the first line sais
INFO: LLAppViewer::initMarkerFile: Exec marker found: program frozen on previous execution

looks like it is saying everything that is going on on my sl or something.

Can someone be saving my whareabouts on sl through it or something??

oh....and i can't copy paste the text that is in the window.......and i can not type with the speed of light lol

From the SL menu, choose Advanced->Console Window (near the bottom of the Advanced menu) to turn it on or off.

If you do not see the Advanced menu, press Ctrl-Alt-D.

(You may need to quit and restart Second Life to see the change)
