I've been looking into a new desktop. My current #1 choice comes with a ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro. Does anyone know how well it'll run SL?

It will run SL fine, but don't expect anything above mid level graphics settings. I run it on a HD 2600 and I can work on High, I also run it on a ATI 1270 which runs on low. So the 2400 will be somewhere inbetween I would guess.

I have a ATI Radeon HD 3400 in my laptop. It works wonderfully under Linux, crashes within 15 seconds of SL logging in as the driver dies in Vista. |

My bot machine (Ubuntu Linux) has 780G integrated graphics, which is the equivalent of the 2400 Pro but lacks dedicated memory, and it works fine. It's better than I expected, but it's not great.
