I had my free trial months ago. I would like to reopen my account but it says Cancelled and gives me no options to select a payment plan after I entered my CC number. The reason I dont just start a new account is I want my last name to be Noir and they do not offer that name any more.

Either call Linden Lab or e-mail them at [email]support@secondlife.com[/email]. They'll be able to fix it.
