I dont even know how I am getting to teh boards.
Check out the severe packet loss at EVERY hop.

Anyone who thinks their packet loss was bad, look at mine. :mad: and this is in game while I have my "USUSAL" packet loss :rolleyes:

I can't help but see that you are on rogers. I am on rogers too. Looks like the first hop is bad! really bad! I had this problem about a year and a half ago. Some tech came and was like everything is ok. But then it was still going. So I called again, and a tech at the center noticed it was like that for my whole area (about 23 conenctions, to be exact) so they came checked the "relay" and the one at my place, 2nd to last hop was torched. They replaced it, we were flying again!

So it's not you.. it's them... call and bitch!

I'd do a 'traceroute' command from a dos window. (start-run-cmd) and see what the output was. The response will give you the ms ping times for each router it crosses on the way to the Linden server. That winmeter does show an interesting pop for the first hop though. It may really be more a packet loss issue versus overall latency, since UDP doesn't care about the packets making the trip successfully or not, it is up to the application to ask for retransmits for lost data.
