SL fails to start

When I try to start Second Life it fails to start and a message comes up telling me my video card drivers are out of date or unsupported. My rig is running an nVidia 8600GT that I purchased recently and had been running just fine until the last viewer update. I'm using the latest drivers from nVidia and have tried driver versions 168.75 and the beta 169.44, nothing works, I've also tried uninstalling SL five times and clearing my cache. Please help me.

SL is picky, you must uninstall the vid card drivers completly ,restart, installl new one (or way older) ,restart

(and walk around house 4 times, flip coin till you get 100 head and play 549239 pick up with needles in a haystack -.- something)

But we all seem to run into this one at some time if youre nvidia user anyway it seems.

Suggest you try 163.75 driver that one is the one i stick to for now.
