Manipulating Objects via input boxes

Since the 1.5 update, I've had trouble manipulating prims and textures with the input boxes. I can use the plus, minus signs next to the boxes but the other input boxes values change as well.
Example:

Say I rotate a cone on the X axis, the Y and Z values are changed as well, but in the boxes only.

The manipulation I intended shows up in-world. It effects the texture and object location/rotation/movement boxes.

I was wondering if anybody else has had similar experiences.

The things brought up in the following post are similar and I think someone mentions that the lag between changing values and it showing up inworld is huge.

This could be related to a problem I've seen a fair bit (about 20-30 times) which is LEAKAGE from one value box to an adjacent one when typing in values directly.

Eg. you might be setting the Y Position coordinate directly, but when you hit <return> at the end of the value, you suddenly find that the number appears in either the X box above or the Z box below instead of in Y. I've lost quite a few prims because of this.

Your point about the spinners changing the values in the wrong box seems to be another example of this leakage. This looks like a hard programming bug, apparently made worse in 1.5.1, but existing prior to this upgrade.
