Ok for the past few weeks now I have been having a problem where everything is jittering (I mean everything, particles, movement, animations, loading bars, camera movement, pop ups) Does anyone know of anything that can fix this? Its beginning to make me a little bit insane.

You on dual core?, i had the jitter bug, set affinity to one core it wanished, but it went away months ago for me havnt seen it since, some motherboard/affinity driver i guess fixed it for me.

Make sure nothing else is running while SL is running. Hit control+alt+del and look at processes. SL should be near 100% on a single cpu machine, near 50% on a duel core machine. If you have a single core and there is anything else running you will see it robbing cycles from SL and it needs most of them.

also try detaching all your huds, ie; avatar scanners and such. i have one hud that does this to me.
