Me and my girlfriend have been playing this game for a month or two now, loving it. Today my girlfriend is having a problem with her Inventory.
A lot of items are missing from her inventory, when she searches for a certain item by name she cant find it,,,,,Landmarks folder is even empty.
I logged into her account to see what was up(hope thats ok) and i was able to see all the items, searched fine, no problems.
So i had her uninstall, then reinstall Second Life....didn't fix a thing.
So basically, whats up with it?

Technically it's not okay that you logged into her account.....but I won't tell. I'm assuming you are on a different computer at a different physical location? If that's so then have her reboot her modem and router (if one is in her network). Shut down the computer, unplug both modem and router from the electrical source, keep them unplugged for 3 to 5 mins then plug them back in, when the LED lights settle into a regular steady routine of blinking on and off (usually about 30 seconds), reboot the computer launch SL but don't log in..........go to preferrences and on the network tab clear the cache and shut down SL, wait a few seconds and log in. See if the inventory comes back. Since the cache was cleared it will take a little longer for the inventory to load. Don't leave where you are in SL and try not to walk around too much. Hope it fixes it for you.
