Movement delay and server versions

Since the last RC, I have been suffereing variable delay in the response to movement (fwd, back, up, down) keystrokes. The delay results in no movement, not just delayed start of movement. Delay is variable from about 0.5 to 10 seconds. This makes accurate movement impossible. Investigation with statistics bar and various options reveals that it is independent of frame rates (client or server), time dilation, asynch keystrokes toggle, packet loss, ping, agent updates/sec (what is that anyway, and why does it vary apparently at random?), etc., including sim dependent lag. There is only one reproducible factor - the server version - I have tried about 20 of each of 1.22.1.88473 and 1.22.1.89099. The earlier version invariably gives the delay, while the latter invariably does not. So.....
1) Is this a known bug with 1.22.1?
2) Why have they left half the sims with each of these versions?
3) How can I exert pressure for completion of 1.22.2 rollout?
I am fairly desperate, as both my homes are in 1.22.1 sims and are presently unusable.

Yes.

Yesterday's network problems got in the way, they are supposed to resume today.

Thanks Viktoria. I missed it because of course it's marked as fixed in jira. Doh!
