I got an object named MoneyOrb and when I tried to wear it, I couldn't because it said it's been blacklisted. Does that mean it got banned?

In my opinion, one would hope so. Money orbs are at best, scammy spammy ponzi schemes. There are many better, easier, and less disruptive ways to make money inworld. Also, with a bit of effort, you can make yourself look GREAT for free. =^-^=
