Getting new LapTop, need recommendations

I currently have :

Gateway
Intel Core Duo CPU T5550 @183GHz
4.00 GB
64 Bit Operating System

GeForce 8800M GTS Forceware Version 167.46
512MB

I am using the old Nicholaz Client. With this i am able to walk around and function for the most part... But i crash anywhere from 1 and a half to 3 hours.. depending on what im doing. as my 4 Gb of RAM gets eaten up by the memory leak.

I need a laptop.
I need it fast, so something i can get at Best Buy?
It's important i stop the crashes. Can't keep crashing hourly.

Any suggestions?

You might try taking a look at this thread. The thread starter is quite knowledgable on his computers and not prone to exaggeration.
