Frequent connection loss...I need an alternative.

I lose my internet connection quite frequently, but the connection comes back within a matter of seconds. The problem is....when I do lose connection, everything freezes up and I can't continue playing SL until I relog. Does anyone know of a solution that could save me the time of constantly relogging?

A common and often successful solution is rebooting your router and modem.

If you don't know how to do that it's easy. Shut down you computer. Unplug your modem and router (if you have one) from the electrical source and leave it unplugged for 3 to 5 mins. Plug back in and wait for the lights to settle down (about 30 secs) and boot your computer, log into SL and see if it helped.
