Nvidia problem

Hi people i have a question and maybe someone of you could help me i have a Nvidia geoforce go 7400 and i did not have any problem with SL... but now the windows udater (windows vista) download a newer version of the drivers, now i get a message that say that i have to update to a newer drivers or my driveres are not suported i switched to the older drivers and i dont have that massege again and SL works perfectly... but a lot of my aplications crashs when i tried to use them, so for now i have to switch to older drivers to be in SL and switch to the new ones to use the other stuff at my computer so my question is if maybe someone here has some answer that could help me? thanks a lot if some could help me!

rule #1 dont install microsoft drivers, they are retarded for some reason

goto nvidia's website and get the latest drivers from there, basicly whats happening is MS overwrote some nvidia stuff, somewhere

and the only reasonable solution is to clean out your old drivers and re install fresh with the latest n greatest

Thanks a lot for this help, the thing is since my computer is a HP laptop if the nvidia website send me to HP web site and when i download the drivers from HP website it appears like the drivers are too old maybe the problem is with HP that does not has newer drivers

Thanks a lot for your help i was looking at the page you gave me i am so new in this thing about the drivers but i found a recomeded ones so i pick up one that had the model of my card (after read a lot i think you can install anyone but i did not one tha have problems) and i installed it and i think it solve my problems now i can be in SL open photos or vidios i just need to try another games that i have to be sure and i will be so happy thanks a lot for your help!
