I can't log in!...

Okay. First off...I sent a ticket a few days ago just for me to be rejected due to the fact my account isn't premium. Which kinda makes me wonder...Why should I bother making my account premium when I can't even play the game?!

Anyways...My issue is this...

I just got a laptop and moved. Me and my boyfriend cannot get on SL for some reason. My graphics card is a ATI Radeon Xpress 1150
One of the graphics cards SL is UNSURE of.

So...What should I do? Because I just got this PC not even 2 months ago.

Hi Miyoko, welcome to the forums! I think we need a little more information, such as:

> Has either of these computers ever used SL successfully from another location?

> When you say you "can't log in", exactly what happens? Do you get any message at all? Does the login screen not come up? Do you get partway logged in, and then it hangs forever? Does your PC crash?

Since you just moved, the most llikely culprit is something in the network at your new place. Perhaps the firewall in your broadband modem/router is blocking SL, or you're using wireless that isn't very good, or .... Tell us something about your networking setup too!

The message I get when it pops up says...

"Second Life is unable to run because your video card drivers are out of date or unsupported. Please make sure you have the latest video card drivers installed.

If you continue to receive this message, contact customer service."

Okay. So what should I do?

I've made sure my drivers are indeed up to date and everything. But as I said before..The type of graphics card I have...SL is UNSURE of....So...Argh. And I'ever never played SL on this Laptop. I've always played on my Desktop which died a while back. =(

So...Now what?
