Im pretty sure this has already been address god knows how many times, but im constantly failing tp's. It rather annoying and i linked it to my avatar rendering cost which my hair jumps it up to about 6000 most of the time, sometimes i need to take the hair off for it to work, but then it doesnt work at all other times, actually takes me to log off, and log in with the sim name i wanna go to.

I hope LL actually plan a way of combating this soon, this and 100 other issues there seems to be, How many people pay tier, and buy money to shop etc, when i cant see much in the way of making SL better........

Also heard a chinese whisper that LL are going to lock alts.......

Anyone shed some light??

O.k. I have been testing and playing with the teleport issue.

What i noticed is this: LISTENERS are killing my TPs. And so many things have them.

The moment i remove every single listener on my body, i have no problems TPing, even if my prim count is over 1200.

However, the moment i stack listeners on again the TP issues start. This goes for all clickable attachments (like collars, cuffs, or anything that takes chat commands).

My nipples are like 45 prims and i used a very inefficient HIDE script that requires a script in every prim instead of a single script in the primary prim, and when i put them on, my teleports tank. The moment i take them off, my teleports go.

If i put on a complete Open Collar or RLV or any fully communication-linked cuff system and teleports take a dive as well.

Mono scripted attachments, attachments that communicate between each other and external servers, and attachments with listeners are the BANE of teleports.

But this is just my observation and my testing. Now that i have removed every listener from my body, i have no issues teleporting - UNTIL i start attaching them again.

Good luck!

Ok been playing around, good tip, when u have stuff with resizers, size it right, make sure u have another copy, and then delete the scripts (click, all prims, delete), and having not have major issues anymore..

Anyone else got something to add

Wasn't there some ctrl (?) key or ctrl alt (?) key that you could use to lighten the load, and then key again when you landed? I could swear I saw that in these forums as a helpful tip that worked, but I've just started to look again for it in search. Anyone know this combo? Thanks in advance
