Have all the rights but I can't do anything

Hi, my partner ownes a piece of land, I belong to her group, I am an officer and a manager, but I can't change anything inside the land, i can't enable or disable things like modify terrain, enable scripts, fly, acces list, etc. the land is set to allow members of the group to enter objects and run scripts, I can do those things but nothing else, if my partner disable flying only she can fly but me. Must be problem with the land or the group, can someone help with this, thanks.

I think the group role powers only work when the group owns the land, and set to group only covers the build and allow access parts.
