Messed up textures and all kinds of weird stuff

Ok I am not shure if something on the sim I live is broke or this ne engine they are installing is make stuff go crazy.....Here is a "small" list.

Clothing not texturing..user sees it sometimes but others see it as all gray

Grass is stuck at a odd color and cannot be matched

Textured files are not loading

Objects not rezzing right

Huds are blurry and out of color

I could go on and on

Any idea whats going on here?

I've noticed that anything Ive tried rezzing has come up with no texture today too.. not just me then..

I dropped a support ticket in about it...its seems like it is spreading to more sims now.
