Everytime I try to upload in SL whether it is a texture, sound wav or anything else I crash everytime I try. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

When does this happen? There are two known issues.
One is a crash exactly the moment the file picker dialog opens.
The other is being disconnected _after_ you choose a file to upload.
