How do i get my alts account to email?

Hello. I have an alt issue with that I cant log into it because the Confirmation key didn't go through, and Costumer Service wasn't much help they just told me to create a new email to create a new account. I'm not trying to create a new account, I'm trying to delete the one that I have allready. Also is there away to see all of your alts? I would like to cancel them as well, but it's been so long since I've used them I can't remember there names to Permanatly cancel them.....Any help would be great.

If you never activated that particular alt then, one would assume, there is no account to delete.
