Objects - Can't create plants on land

I have a bit of a conundrum and I'm hoping someone can help me. I've got a bunch of objects that were grouped together when they were taken off the land. (You know, the icon in the inventory that is a box made up of a bunch of little boxes...) So, I want to rez this and take certain objects out. (At this point I can't remember much of what's in it!) My problem is that when I try to rez it it says, "You cannot create plants on this land." I've tried to rez it on my own land and that won't work. I'm thinking maybe that won't work because of the size of something in it? Is there any way I can get this thing open?
