Sudden game unable to load

I was playing SL just fine yesterday.. Nothing has changed on my PC I run Widows Vista 64 Bit with a ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics, Quad Core processor.

now when I click SL it auto crashes...and will just sit at "Not Responding" anyone else have this issue or know a fix for it? ive been trying all night to find info to fix it myself, but no luck

forgot to add
I have tryd the new Drivers 8-11 and the 8-9 Vista drivers neither make a diffrence

ahh yes, but I have had this issue since yesterday. keeps saying SL appears to have Frozen of Crashed, or it will just sit at black screen with no responding.

I'm also having log in issues..bar loads a little bit and wont go any further just keeps saying logging in.

tried again now instead of sitting there it says it was unable to connect..any ideas why or what to do?

Still unable to make headway

You are not alone. I was in Tampa, FL this morning and it was working better than ever. Then in Dallas, TX playing for a while with a few hiccups--booted me off twice. Now I'm sitting in San Antonio, TX and I am unable to even connect. I'm so bummed.

Has anyone heard when everything will be up and running?

trying to log in for an hour now first it wouldn't go further and now it says something bour our best efforts ....

well it seems like these problems always happens on update days

New updates are available....

which says....


Logins are working intermittently, but most still cannot login. We are continuing to work on the ongoing network issues and will have further updates as they become available. Also, the website (secondlife.com) should now be working properly.


But then I am still unable to log in.... been like almost two hours wait. Hope it comes back soon.

I get to "connecting to region" then it stalls and stays there.. and stays there.. and stays there.. been like that for 10 hours for me now. Is there anything I can do, can it just be me, or is there anyone else having the same problem? Before that I was not having major problems, well put it this way I could at least log in. I have my payment in tier coming up soon and if I lost that I am not gonna be a happy camper either.

I got the same problem. PHEW... I though I was the only one. I have been trying for 5 hrs now it keep getting stuck on connecting to region. ANYONE KNOW WHAT'S WRONG?!
