I dont know what i did but now when anyone around me moves or types they are covered in a blue haze! Has anyone seen this or know how to get rid of it?

If you have your debug menu activated then pressing Alt-Shift-U will activate "Show Updates" which will cause the effect you are seeing. Pressing Alt-Shift-U again will disable it, or you can turn it off in the debug menu.

Show Updates will let you see any time ANY prim (including agents like ourselves) updates itself or grabs data to/from the server.
