Avatar textures won't bake

Hi there!

I got a strange issue with one new resident. He tried to edit his appearance and ended up in not fully rezzed. That is his head is gray and his pants are gone. I tried letting him rebake textures, clearing cache with relogging (cleared also my cache!), gave him different outfit sets to test - his avatar wont change. The head stays gray, the pants stays absent and the shirt doesnt change either. Attachments and shape change but the rest is fixed liked build into concrete.

Anybody got an idea what else to try or what the problem might be?

Try a different sim with low traffic. Philudoria is one.

Computer system specs would be nice too.

Ok, problem solved - without even going somewhere else. The newbie initially used the Emerald viewer (how come he knew about that viewer???) and he now tested with the official viewer and suddenly it works!

Computer specs arent the problem here. I have a P4 2.8 duo core, with over 3 gigs of ram, & im getting the very same problem this morning, when i logged in.

Never had this problem before until this morning.
