XML-RPC is working again

I debated whether this should go in the "Script Gurus" forum or here. I picked here.

XML-RPC is working again. Without going into details they found a specific problem with the XML-RPC server that caused XML-RPC to fail in about half the sims. My tests show that it's working again.

Kudos to a team that's running on fumes at this point after dealing with the asset server failure. (I have some concept of what that entailed. They weren't idling, folks, that thing was major.)
