Tech support's automated email says that if a request is sent during business hours, I can expect a speedy reply.

I have submitted the same problem three times, twice during business hours, one outside of business hours... NO RESPONSE AT ALL, except the damned automated response "F--- YOU, OUR PAYING CUSTOMERS" response.

My preview window when uploading texture to view as clothing is DARK BLUE AND WORTHLESS.

As seen here.

Other people I've spoken to do NOT have this problem and I need a fix... I cannot upload textures because the window is so dark I can't see details, seams, etc...

aaron, I know I've seen you post this problem before. Perhaps you could repost some information.

When did the problem begin?
What steps have you taken to try to resolve the problem?
Have you tried to reinstall the client?
Have you tried different types of files? 24-bit and 32-bit tga, jpg, bmp??

Do you get this problem with pics that you do NOT preview as clothing? In other words, does this "coloring" occur when you review the pic as a texture?

Thats all I can think of now.

Make a new .tga, fill it with 100% white, and try to view it in the preview window. Post what happens.
