I just switched from a 14.1" monitor to a 17".
I installed the drivers,and changed the screen resoultion to 1024x1280.
But text on the screen is very blurry. How do I fix this?

what type of screen?
LCD/TFT only look good at thier native resolution. Or if it's a CRT then your mask might be worn out which can cause fuzzyness; or maybe out of adjustment.
or is it just ingame that it's fuzzy?

Try changing your refresh rate.
Also, you may have not gotten an 'upgrade'. Did you remember to check the dot pitch to see that it was something really really small? Something less than 0.25, preferably closer to 0.22.
