I've noticed on two occasions that after repeated striking of the dance keys (F-9 to F-12) for several minutes (@ eight?) that my avatar no longer responds to the keystrokes.
In addition, there are occasions when the clapping gesture is not in sync with the gesture sound.
Also, when walking, there was one time when there was no animation of the legs/feet.
I am unable to recall if my arms were moving or not.

I'm not sure what's happening with the dance keys not responding. We'll look into that.
As far as there being no animation on the legs and feet, were your arms moving at the time? Sometimes dropped packets (net connection problems) will stop an animation that should be playing from playing. It was quite possible that your avatar thought it was still "standing" even though you had started to move.
The sound sync issue might be due to the fact that the sound is still downloading (and hence not able to play right away). Also, it is hard to guarantee that your sound card plays a sound the exact moment we want it too. We will, however, look into the problem.
