Problem with inventory items

I just logged in for the first time in about a year. I downloaded the latest viewer. I'm having problems with clothing items. I've got some boots that come with a base, but when my avatar wears the base it's not just a base for the boots it's like long underwear that starts at the waist and covers the entire bottom half of the avatar. I contacted the maker of the boots and he sent me a new base but that made no difference. When my avatar wears any shoes and I try to edit them the menu says "no shoes worn". Same problem wearing some short sleeved tee shirts. Some short sleeved tee shirts automatically create a black long underwear underneath when worn that disappears when the tee shirt is removed.

Everything else as far as the way things look is pretty much normal.

i had the same issue, i had the beta drivers installed too, i switched back to non-beta 175.19

after putting on items a few times and going in and out of appearance the problem went away, so the problem is the beta drivers
