Help!! Account disabled??

I created an account about 8 days ago.

It is only on a basic membership while i get into the game... It was working fine up until the 1.5 update and since then when i try and log in it says account disabled. So i have looked at my account details and its says my account is on hold. what does this mean? ive tryed to reactivate it and put my details in again and so on but... still acount is "on hold".
I really want to get in and play as i think this game is brilliant!

So could please someone tell my what "on hold" means and what i have to do to be able to use my account again.

So you got past your trial and paid the $9.95?
Sounds a bit like your membership expired, if you did pay for your basic membership I'd send a mail to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email].

Sounds like they had a problem charging your credit card. I agree with Larissa, send an e-mail to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email].
