Avatar won't bake at all

Okay so I have been having this problem for quite sometime now, 2 of my alt avs (on different computers) would rezz and everything is perfectly fine around them, but other avatars will see them as completly gray, my actual Avatar does load normal and does not turn gray to anyone, but has been wearing the same shirt for the past 3 days even tho i changed it like a hundred times, I tried rebaking, edit apperance, clearing cache, relogging, rebooting, and even reinstalling, and no good, this is the very first time this ever happens, and i do have good computers that can handle sl. I wonder if this is just me or is it sl crapped up again.
