Cant login

When i try to login i keep getting the message that "second life cannot be accessed from this computer". I have no idea why its doing this. it still says my account is active. help please?

Yea i keep getting the same bloody message and i'm getting really annoyed now, what the hell are LL upto. Do those people actually know what they are doing, it makes you bloody wonder.

You'll have to contact support for this one, your computer has been blocked for some reason (it could be as simple as a dynamic IP address that a griefer had before it was assigned to you, or your computer hardware is very similar to that of someone who was naughty - or it could be a plain old goof).

This is one of the questions they will take in the support pages for all accounts, basic or premium, so that's where to go.

Actually, having just seen another thread about this, I'm guessing folks have hit a glitch of some sort. Normally that message does mean you've been banned from SL, but I'm sort of doubting that's the case at the moment.

I have had the same problem for the past couple of months. I reported it a month ago and have not received a response. I sent in another request a couple days ago and still no response.

I have tried to use my alternate computer but it locks up. Pretty frustrating to say the least.
