I bought another account [10$ once] and I forgot the last name, I didnt write it down and forgot to write it down. Now, Im trying to find it out...

Is there anyway I can find it out? Do i need to contact customer support?

Yes, you do, but a quicker way might be to try the Find menu within SL -- Ctrl-F, then type in the first name. If there aren't many users with that name, it could help you narrow it down.
