It says that I'm trying to rez something called 'plat' but I'm not, and it's not in my inventory anywhere.

When does it say this?
And how, what type of dialog box or window is the message contained in?
Is it frequent? Once at log on only?

Whenever I'm in-world... Over and over again I get it in the "can't rez here message" over and over again.
