Strange Bugs

I experienced some strange bugs last time I logged into SL. I basically logged in twice in the afternoon (UK time) I teleported to a shop in Aqua, started looking around and then suddenly the camera went through the wall, I could see scenery moving past then my computer rebooted itself.
OK....rebooted, sent crash log to SL, tried to log in again - this time I teleported to Vaoetere where I have some land, when I arrived I found my land but the part at the top of the screen which tells you where you are had not changed, it did not say Vaoetere although I know that was where I was since I was ON my land at the time, I tried to land on the front porch of my house but could not, whenever I got within so far of the ground I would "bounce" up...I tried to teleport out of the sim but got a message that teleport was blocked. So I tried flying on a bit further and ended up flying directly THROUGH a hill - I was actually underground...after this I could press page up and go back up, page down and go underground. I had this happen one time before a few weeks ago after a previous update - have not tried to log in since this occasion.

Flying through a hill: Sounds like your connection dropped.

Bouncing up. Sounds like you weren't exactly on your plot of land, and were trying to land on someone else's land that had you banned and/or everyone banned.

The bouncing isn't because you're banned from that land. You got out of synch with the server. When you flew through the hill, and when you couldn't get close to the ground, it's because you were seeing one sim but interacting with the ground levels in the original sim, the one that still showed up on the title bar. Was there a lot of lag or a large group of people in the sim you were trying to get to? Usually when that happens, rebooting and getting out of that sim for a while will fix things.

Yeah, sounds like you just need to relog. Sometimes if my attachments dont follow me in a teleport, future teleports will be blocked. Like Julian said, it gets out of sync sometimes. A relog usually fixes it.

thanks, it definitely wasnt because I was banned from the land as I was tryin to land on my own property. There were no other avs around and the area is normally pretty lag free.

I wasn't in first person mode. It was as if I had lost control of the camera for a sec as it veered off from normal view and then the next thing I was staring at a blank screen - then the machine rebooted itself.
