I am looking at a new PC purchase and the graphic card will be a 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 or 512MB NVIDIA GeForce G210. Does anybody have any knowledge of these for use with Second Life. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi,
I have a problem using my new grafikcard. I´m using a GeForce 295 GTX with 1792 MB VRAM. If i want to start SL an empty window named second life appears. But nothing else happens. What do i do? My System: GPU: AMD Athlon x² 6000+ RAM: 4GB Vista Ultimate 64 bit Thanks for your help |

Looking at the specifications on the Nvidia web site, the GT120 is a better graphics adapter than the G210.
SL probably won't recognice either one, and will default to low graphics, but should run. You can reset that to whatever you want in graphics preferences, so it shouldn't be a big deal. _____________________
