Has anyone else been having a problem editing attachments that are close to your avatar skin? When you right click, you get the pie menu for your avatar instead of the one to edit prims. I checked on Jira, but can't make sense of whats going on. There are several enteries and they say status resovled..it obviously is not resolve. This has been going on since this last update for me.

In the RC edit attachments has been moved to the deeper crust of the pie - click "more" to access it. If you are talking about the official release then excuse me

Yes it is the official release.
I sure don't like to hear they are putting the edit option behind "more" in the pie! What are they thinking!? They keep changing things for the worse..they have no idea what they are doing!

I haven't tried it yet, but I know this is going to annoy me. I edit attachments maybe twice a week. But as a builder I go into Edit mode maybe 100 times a day. I use Sculpt Studio for making sculpties, and U-Poser for making poses. Both of those products have excellent HUDs. If I could use their HUDs without going out of Build mode, I would probably never close Build mode. But I cannot do that, so I am constantly closing and opening the Edit window. It would sure be nice if they made this change optional for us.

After you are finished the build for your Avi, you have to attach it. The problem is it never attaches in the same orientation as you built it on your Avi, so you have to adjust it. You can never adjust it to the exact the same orientation and position as you built it, so you might have to edit the position and fine tune the adjustment with "edit linked parts". This is where the problem starts. Sometimes you can click the attachement and get the edit window, but when you go to edit a linked part it won't give you the edit pie window, but gives you the Avi pie menu instead.
I found a way around this, but only it works if you can get the right camera angle. Position your camera so the camera is looking at the prim you are editing, facing away from any Avi parts. You should be able to click the linked part and get the edit menu and move it where you need. Don't go out of edit for that prim until you are done with it or or will have to try to get the edit window on it again and if it is in a position or very close to your Avi you might not be able to get the edit menu again.
