Ok, this has been happening since Monday with the exception of Yesterday (Thursday). I try running SL but it doesn't work. It takes ages for it to come up on my screen, and when it does it's just a blank page and when I click anywhere it says "Not Responding". However, SL worked fine for me on Thursday...?
I reinstalled it, tried both release Candidate and normal grid, restarted my computer several times... I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me please? I urgently need to get back on to SL.

Providing some system specs is more likely to be useful than not providing some system specs.
Did you delete your SL cache folder?
You say you reinstalled SL. Did you uninstall SL before you reinstalled?
Did you delete your settings.xml file?
Did you turn your router, modem, and computer off at the same time for a few minutes?
Have you checked your firewall and router settings since the reinstall?
Version numbers for the SL you are using might be of use.
There are third party viewers you could try, the Cool Viewer and the Nicholaz clients being the most popular two.

Yeah, I uninstalled before Reinstalling.
How do I delete my settings.xml file and check my firewall? I don't know a whole lot about computers. BTW, I'm using Windows.

What version of windows? XP or Vista?
Did you turn your router, modem, and computer off at the same time for a few minutes?
In XP, the cache's default location is C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\SecondLife\cache . You can just delete that folder.
In XP, the settings.xml file is in C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\SecondLife\user_settings .
To see these folders in Windows Explorer you will probably need to tell Explorer to show hidden and system files and folders, which is in Windows Explorer's Tools - Folder Options - View Tab - Hidden files and folders - Show hidden files and folders.
What version of SL and version of the Release Candidate are you using?

I'm having the problem where it won't let me log in, I type my name and password in and then hit enter, then it only goes so far into the logging in process and then gives me an error saying to check SecondLife.com/status and I've reinstalled it twice and everything and the same problem, what do I do? Because I wanna get on SL and explore.
