After I flew across a sim border, my glasses relinked themselves in the center of my avatar's face. I thought it was just a client-side bug, but even after relogging they're linked like this.
I had to rez and relink them to get them back to normal.
Just one of the many wonders of SL. Randomly relinking attachments.

And THAT is why I'm afraid of having alot of attachments on any "regular" avatars of mine.
