Small prims blocky

I don't remember when this started happening, but round prims like cylinders and spheres turn into like dodecahedrons when sized fairly small. I would think they would look smoother since the mesh covers a smaller area. I tried turning settings to full and messed with several others but nothing worked. I can make a cylinder and shrink it and it looks nice until it gets smaller than 0.05m or so then it instantly turns blocky. Anyone else have this issue or know how to remedy it? I only noticed this recently so I think one of the last couple client patches started this problem.

Fixed this by increasing RenderVolumeLODFactor a little higher than the preferences allows.
