How the hell does one get support from the Lindens

Ever since the server update the server time for some regions as reported by llGetGMTclock() and llGetTimestamp() is wrong, it started off about 58 minutes off in the Monowai sim, last time I looked it was out by almost two hours and seems to be slowly drifting off further and further from the real time.

I have tried all sorts of things to get attention, including the standard filing a ticket, which probably goes straight into a big bin, the last time I filed a support request ticket it two weeks to get a response.

It seems to me that paying USD$75 a month in tier would entitle someone to at least get an acknowledgement. but they are worse than useless. but what should one expect from a company that can't even maintain the correct time on a server

With the rollout of both the new viewer and havok 4 I guess they've got more important things to worry about than telling the time?

Edited to add useful response: you may get a quicker reply asking for a sim reboot.. when I've done that in the past it's happened quite quickly and may fix your problem.

Actually its a little more critical than knowing what time to go to bed. a lot of things depend on the time, right down to the time stamp on IM messages received via email.

The fact that I have been trying to buy a piece of land for two days hasn't put me in a better mood, I don't know how many times i have relloged to try and do it but every time I get the message "There has been an error while fetching land buying information, can't authenticate you....".

As far as I am concerned the roll out of the 1.2 simulator and new viewer has been a disaster I have seen more bugs in the last two days than in the whole of the last year.
