(Look at the picture while reading this... Also, I submitted a bug report in-world, but I thought I should post this here, too.) The picture on the left is of my old face that I've used for a few months now. Lately, though, it's been changing into the picture on the right for no apparent reason. I could change it back by going in and out of appearance mode, but now with .5 that doesn't work anymore. I've tried creating a whole new shape and copying the settings over, but that only results in the same, WRONG face. I've also tried recreating it by hand by just messing around with the settings, but I can't seem to get rid of the "fat" on the face... I really liked my old face...

face fixed

Hi Casval,
I think I was able to fix your face problem. I logged into your account and it looked like your "bad" face was applying the facial hair morph to your head, even though you didn't have any facial hair. But your facial hair thickness slider was set to 50, so I set it to 0, then allowed the texture to bake. Your av. then seemed to look as you intended even after logging back in.
Since your av. doesn't have any of the other facial hair sliders set above 0 it shouldn't matter where the thickness slider is set. This indicates that there was somehow a bad alpha channel baked into your av's face triggering the facial hair morph. Just playing with the facial shape sliders won't rebake that texture (what I suspect you did to try to fix your problem), but playing with the facial hair thickness slider will. Try this first if you experience the problem again.
Great bug reporting! (pictures were very useful). A fix is in the works that should prevent this problem from happening in the future.
