OMG my avi stuck in world and I can't find live chat!

This has happened to me A LOT recently, my avi is stuck in-world. I know because when I log in my alt, she appears as being online, yet her account crashed the last time I was on under that account. I have been unable to log back in under that account (My main) ...

Live chat was down last night, supposedly it's up again ... I know they have a way of getting that account logged out for me (last time it took them literally about 12 hours to finally do it successfully, but thereyou go), but I can't find live chat any more with the new dashboard!

I looked under support like I used to, ummm, can't find a search function. I'm so not a noob but holy crap, wth.

Any help would be appreciated!
(also, if anyone has any idea how to get an avatar un-stuck, not sure it's possible, i'd love to know that too!)

Try paying your main L$1 from your alt, or sending it an IM.

I don't think those old tricks work any more for a ghosted avi. A sim restart is generally the only solution that I know works all the time.

If your avi is stuck on Mainland contact LL via a support ticket requesting a sim restart (explain that you are ghosted and tell them where if you know). If your avi is stuck on a Estate land contact the estate owner are request a restart (again explain why and where your ghosted avi is if you know).

Second Life crashes often leave your avi ghosted. Sometime losing the connection to the servers will cause that too.
