Problems with loading and in game

My sl keeps freezing up and after several disconnects it may load and when it does it walks on its on and I cannot stop. It also keeps booting me out when I can walk myself. I dont know what is going on but it just is not working and I spend more time logging in and out more than playing the game.
OS VISTA 64 BIT WITH 5GB/700 RAM HP MEDIA CENTER.

LL YOU NEED TO FIX SL ASAP AND I DO MEAN ASAP. IT TAKES ME LIKE 30-45 MINUTES FROM LOGGING IN AND OUT FOR SL TO WORK PROPERLY. THIS IS MAKING MY SL TIME ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING. THIS PROBLEM IS CAUSING ME TO WANT TO STOP PLAYING SL.....PLZ PLZ FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP. ALSO IS THERE ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE WITH THE NEW VERSION. okay this is my problem with stupid sl!....when i log out for a few minutes to like hours and i log back in....its like sl is not reading my internet connection....and i have to log and relog like up to 12 dang times....and i have upgraded to the highest net speed 6.0....and im still getting problems.....heck i may need to get a new video card but who would want to when the cost so dang much....or it could be a bug with sl.....LL please please fix this problem and make it quick....cuz i am seriously thinking about quitting. and this as follows is what i am running on: CPU: AMD (Unknown model) (2104 MHz)

Scarlet, I politely request reimbursement for the two items that were deleted, that I can prove from my account history. You are welcome to check my inventory for the instruction cards that came with the initial purchases.

Please see the bill from the recently purchased furniture and replacement of one item today.
The deletion of the items happend due to systems errors on Linden side and not due to any errors on my part.

If the objects which were rezzed inworld are no-copy items, it seems the objects have been deleted from our database on clearing your land and we have no way to recover them when this happens.

Please urgently advise how they will be recovered or replaced.
They were not lost or destroyed due any of my doing, but by me getting logged out and a system outage occurring.

Thank you for your responses. On checking your account I can see that your inventory is not loading as it should for you. To resolve this for you I have given it a kick, please can you empty your cache from the network tab in your preferences and re-log into a quiet region such as Lime or Pooley and allow your inventory to fully load before teleporting anywhere.

If you are still missing your items please re-open this ticket.

bigger problem, in clearing the land, my
4000 Linden JG wonderlust bed is gone(and not in objects or in lost and found, not in lost and found in an object either)
my 2000 Linden bathtub is in "object" bits, the tub part gone.
and my leather furniture set is also in bits and disassembled into various snippets of nothing

as far as i can tell damage exceeds 10,000 linden easily

Please address this issue and urgently advise me.

I also can't rezz any of my belongings, such as a simple dress there. But I can in the Blue island sandbox... I also can' t attach any clothes to myself there on the land, eg 1prim glasses.

My loss amount is so high, because I don't even know what was lost in the 2000 items that are gone from my Inventory.
The items I am aware of at this time is the furniture that was in my house on Mainland on my own 512.

A living room set, a bathtub and a bed.
