I have to click over and over and over and over again sometimes to get it to lock on an object so i can focus in. There is no discernable situation that triggers this, it seems random. Never had this problem before the upgrade; my mouse works fine in all other respects.

Several of us have experienced this same bug in 1.3, and each person who's reported it has been told that they're the only one having that problem. There is no solution and no workaround. However, Dan Linden has suggested to me that for those using ATI cards, the upcoming Catalyst 4.4 driver may help.

I have an Nvidia card. I have this same issue. Happens to objects with alpha channel textures.
