Hi,
Anyone know how long it takes to get response from customer support?
I have raised 2 tickets with them for diffrent subjects with a diffrent avatar (couldn't post here with him as thats part of the problem). 1st one was almost 2 months ago and the 2nd was almost 1 month ago.
I think this is pretty poor response time.

As a Concierge member (owner of at least 1/2 sim worth of land) I am supposedly entitled to priority support. On March 30 I submitted a ticket asking for a clarification on a particular matter. The ticket was addressed 3 weeks later, on March 24. Unless yours is a particularly urgent matter (I hear billing issues get addressed rather quickly), I'd expect to wait no less than I did before you hear anything. (And it sounds like you've already waited quite a bit.)

Another ticket that's been open since April 9th was about some LL parcels on my mainland home. I asked for a couple to be sent to auction - one that's been maint land for well over a year, another that's been LLs for +6 months. Feeling helpful, I also pointed out another parcel that I wasn't interested in but that did not have autoreturn set. What'd they do? They auctioned the one I didn't care about and left the other two alone. The ticket has been "Work in Progress" since. I've been not bitching stuff like this because I know they've had their hands full lately with all the grid problems. It's getting hard to not complain though, especially when they take care of the issue you say you don't care about and ignore the ones you say you do. It's not like I'm comparing apples & oranges either - the ticket was just about reclaiming a few parcels, all on the same sim.
