help with registration

hi,

i already have an account but my sister wanted to play too and it says registration unavailable. i didnt know that there was a certain amount of people that can play per household. my friend made an account on my sisters computer. so is that why she cant make one now? can someone please help me with this problem so i can then help my sister?

It should normally be allowed. You are each using separate email addresses, right? There are limits on how many can be associated with a single email address, 1 or 5 depending on which registration portal was used (SL's own seems to still allow 5, third party ones tend to whack you with the limit of one).

And, if the SL portal doesn't let the account be created even with separate emails, try one of the others. The rules differ here and there.
